Which is easier to draw - male or female?
girls are by far easier, because I find drawing a lot of curves easier. but guys are getting easier the more that I keep drawing them..

Which is easier to draw - long hair or short hair?
long hair is easier for me since I can make it really flowy and have fun with it. spikey short hair is the one hair style that really frustrates me these days though.

Is it easier to draw the head facing towards the right or the left?
facing <-- that way. their right, my left. but its not HARD to draw them the other way, I just instinctively do the first.

Is it easier to draw the side view of the face or the front view?
side view is usually really easy for me, but the easiest is 3/4 view. frontal view is tricky, but not hard.

What do you have problems in drawing?
decent backgrounds. they always look awesome in my head...but the execution is SERIOUSLY LACKING. XD oh and feet.

What do you like to draw?
mostly my characters? but its really fun drawing other people's characters. <3 even if I screw them up. I also like trying to draw new poses when I have time...

Are you a traditional artist or a digital artist?
both.
traditional stuff is usually a whole other style than this, but sometimes I scribble stuff in notebooks of anime too. I generally stick to digital with this stuff though.

the head? generally I outline the jaw/face and then go from there?

I don't usually draw people smiling. >A> i'll work on that.

uhm.....just keep messing with it until you think it looks right? /NOT HELPFUL

it really depends on what it is, what its for and how motivated I am to do it. at my best, it takes a few hours?

depends on what I'm drawing. I pick music that inspires what I draw.

also depends. songs tend to inspire all my art. can't really pinpoint a real amount of time.

I gravitate towards greens, blues and purples. Basically, cooler colors. I'm trying to break a little out of that habit though.

XD I don't have favorites... I just like what I like.

i don't really know. when it comes to this art, i don't really have a specific goal in mind. I just do it because it soothes me from everyday life. I guess if my art can make other people feel that way, then that's good too.

So, mostly just wanted to get that other massive journal off the main page. It seemed a bit too depressing for some reason.

Still working on that manga series I'd been mentioning for awhile, but there's some kinks I need to work out first. Plus I'm wanting to put it up on smackjeeves instead of spamming a bunch of pages here...so I need a nice layout too. /: But yeah, I almost have the first chapter sketched out and everything, which is nice.
The storyline's going to be...interesting? XD


Also, losing your voice is fun. And by fun, I of course mean really annoying. But I have an awesome roommate who got me a bunch of medicine and made me soup while I was sick, so I really can't complain. :U
